CALA AWARDS FOR MOST INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT PROJECT 2024
The CALA AWARDS seek to recognize new Facility Management projects and management models that are innovative and have an impact on improving operation and maintenance processes, as well as improving labor practices and well-being. The award aims to strengthen initiatives with comprehensive approaches that focus on people and include the quality of the facilities. The winner of the CALA AWARDS FOR INNOVATION AND FACILITY MANAGER 2024 will be announced at the TecnoEdificios Mexico congress that will be held on October 9 & 10, 2024 at the WTC, CDMX.
TECHNICAL APPROACHES Maintenance management: Projects to improve services and operations within the facilities, taking into account energy, sustainability, and/or service aspects.
Quality management and continuous improvement tools: Projects to achieve process optimization, efficiency and performance monitoring in facility management. These tools ensure compliance with the different service quality standards.
Technology services (computerized maintenance management system) and mobile applications: Projects that implemented technologies to solve specific requirements and needs of a facility (management, operation, maintenance, renovation, services). Through the platform, the client's processes and efficient and timely responses to any requirement are guaranteed.
